The location was perfect, great to easily explore all the amazing sights in the city. The staff were helpful, providing us with genuine recommendations for dining options. The room itself was modern and stylish, with a double bathroom that proved to be very convenient. Breakfast was a good experience, with a variety of delicious options to start our day. The ambiance of the hotel was enchanting, surrounded by both ancient and modern works of art. Our room was beautifully decorated, blending old-world charm with modern comforts. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was perfect. Prior to our arrival, the staff even helped us reserve a parking spot nearby. The only minor cons were the lack of vegan options for breakfast and a slightly slow-draining shower. these were easily overlooked in light of the overall amazing experience. I highly recommend Casa Botticelli for an extraordinary stay in Florence.

The attention to detail in the rooms is incredible, with a very attracting decoration that adds to the overall charm. The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch, always available to assist you with any request. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions of the city. It's just a short walk to the historic center and the famous Ponte Vecchio. The neighborhood is also very cool, offering a peaceful and creative atmosphere. The rooms are excellent, high in quality and extremely pleasant to stay in. the staff provides exceptional service, always ready to help and cater to your needs. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from.
I would suggest that they consider providing some travel-size toiletries, such as lotion and toothpaste, as this would be convenient for guests who may have forgotten to bring their own.
